What makes us different?
Owner, Mark O'Keefe, husband, and father of two, values honesty, clear communication, and earning the trust of his customers. Therefore, Mark personally works and manages every job site, from beginning to end. You will speak directly to him on all project matters, he personally meets you at your location to discuss your flooring options, and he does the work himself. This promotes clear communication with the customer, as well as earns trust.
We understand the stigma associated with construction workers. We care about your schedule and your desired date of completion. Our timeliness in the completion of your job is taken very seriously.
We take pride in our fast response and turnaround time. We will discuss a timeline to fit your busy schedule after initial contact.
We are a local business and we live in your area. We are not part of a corporate flooring company that sends out inexperienced workers to complete mediocre work.
We make our living in your town and we spend our income in your town. By supporting local businesses, you are helping deliver community character and economic advantages, while strengthening the partnerships among residents. On behalf of local businesses, thank you for supporting us.
We have worked with many custom home contractors and have completed floors in housing developments such as Park Crossing, The Peninsula, The Pointe, Providence Country Club, River Hills, River Run, Glen Eagles, Quail Hollow and the Myers Park areas - as well as CPC Custom Log Homes.
We have also completed high profile jobs such as The Duke Mansion, Myers Park Country Club, Lone Star Restaurants, Omni Motel Lounge, Adams Mark Lounge, Comedy Zone, Blue Ridge Mountain Club, Boone Country Club, Dale JR Motorsports, Whiskey River, and more.

After we receive payment for materials/hardwood, the hardwood is delivered to the site. With over 35+ years of experience, it is required that the wood be stored indoors in your home/site for it to acclimate to the humidity. This process should last between 7 to 10 days.
The area receiving work needs to be cleared. All items and furniture now needs to be removed, stored away. When the installation of the hardwood is taking place, you may remain in your home during this time, although it may be noisey.
